STEP 1.
Use a pencil and a ruler to draw the cross bars show below. Then draw the curved line for the of your cartoon fish

STEP 2.
Now draw the bottom curve for as shown in green. Then draw the curve of the tail fin of your cartoon fish.

STEP 3.
Now draw the left side of the tail fins, then the pectoral fin, and then the cirlce for the eye of your cartoon fish.

STEP 4.
Just erase your outline guides. Now you can add the lips of your cartoon fish.

STEP 5.
Draw the pupils and then the eyelashes to make her a girl cartoon fish, or skip the eyelashes.

STEP 6.
Now you are ready to color in your cartoon fish using crayola markers, crayons, ink pens, or watercolors if you like.
