Have you ever looked into the eyes,
Of a Dark Angel of Light
And see the other side of pain,
Would you,
Swim in the depths of love,
That lives in the heart of a Dark Angel?
Do you dare tread where mere mortals,
Always failed?
Never comprehending
The love of a Dark Angel,
Who lives, in between two worlds,
Of dark and light,
Good and evil,
A sword to banish the darkness,
White lily of the last sleep,
Gold to spread the life of the sun,
Dark of night to give the weary
A rest for those who live with love in their hearts,
And no one to love them,
Do you dare love an Angel of Darkness,
That lives in the light?
Are you so near,
That you can hear the heart
Beating of a soul that dies to live?
And rises to know the love,
That tortures her soul,
And walks where no man dares, to walk,
In between two worlds of dark and light,
She cries in the night,
Asking the heavens,
Why did they not deliver her home?
If to deny her the one who’s love
Calls to her soul never allowing her to be mortal,
But an Angel of Darkness that lives in the night,
To live as a dark angel of light,
Giving love from her broken heart,
She bleeds as she walks the earth
Never to know love in return.
Would you love an Angel of Darkness,
That lives in the light?
