The wise ones say there is no time and space,

Then why is this pain so deep?
Every step I take I walk and wonder,

I feel your soul,
Walking beside me,
I know the tears, are coming, I can’t hold them back,

The stars turn to leaves, beneath my feet,
For each wish I’ve made, that you would fall from heaven,

And tell me that I’m not alone after all,
But those wishes are just leaves beneath my feet,
Its cold and theres a whisper in the wind,

Of a promise of someone who is mine to be,
One more step, one more wish,
As the leaves start floating away on a sea of tears,

They say I’m crazy, find a nice match and marry.
But that would be a lie,
Because I would never be free,
Your eyes I need to see,

Even though I cry every night,
Because the pain is so deep,
Even if It can takes a thousand lifetimes to find you,
Then let me live and die to be born again,
As we were meant to be,
This love calls through the centuries,

An echo so deep inside of me,
I hang on because the stars tell me,
One day we will be reunited,
