Use a pencil and a ruler to draw an outline guide skeleton of an ghost made up of lines as follows:

Use a pencil and curve ruler to draw an upward outline guide for the arms of your Halloween Ghost.

Now Draw the ghost using the DARK BLUE outlines as shown below.

Now Draw the ghost eyes and mouth using the DARK outlines as shown below.
