How to Draw A Cartoon Seal VIDEO LESSON coming soon!    
STEP 1.
Draw your cross bars with a ruler with a pencil, then draw an oval for the body and a circle and a circle for the head and tail of your cartoon seal.

 STEP 2.
Draw the outline of the body, and then the tail using the shapes you drew in step one as a guide.

STEP 3.
Draw the muzzel, then the front flippers of your cartoon baby seal.

 STEP 4.
Now add the nose and the jaw as shown below in pink.

STEP 5.
Draw two circles for the eyes, and remember to add two small white circles in the eyes for highlights, then some lines for some whiskers and some eyebrows to add more of an expression.
