STEP 1.
Draw your cross bars with a ruler with a pencil, then draw two ovals for the body and head of your cartoon Parrot, and a line for the branch for your Parrot to perch on.
STEP 2.
Draw the outline of the wings and then draw the rest of the branch for your cartoon Parrot.
STEP 3.
Draw the top of the beak, then the first tail feather as shown and the shape of his feet.
STEP 4.
Now add the top bottom jaw of the beak, and then the line on the head, the lines for the stripes of the wing, and then the second tail feather.
STEP 5.
